  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, following up on prospects, and closing deals for products.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
  • Create engaging content, such as product brochures, datasheets, and case studies, to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Identify and develop new customers & maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis & stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
  • Customer visits will be required to customer locations for meeting and providing support and services as needed
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing campaigns and sales support.
  • Increase brand awareness and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

  • Salary : 5 LPA.
  • Location : Sandhurst Road Mumbai ( 5 min walkable distance from railway station)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Proforma Invoices.
  • Follow-up with customers on proforma invoices via email and call (whenever possible).
  • Co-ordinating with other teams to ensure everything is ready for immediate dispatch after payment receipt.
  • Ensuring all sample requests are completed on time and follow-up with customers for feedback.
  • Keeping track of all inquiries.
  • Ensuring all the responses are done on time.
  • Co-ordinating with other teams for all the issues due to which inquiries are stuck.
  • Follow-up with customers on offers and other inquiry related issues.
  • Follow-up with regular customers for their upcoming requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
