Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Business Type: Wellness Clinics – Chikittsa Knee, Spine and More
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in Sales Coordination or similar role
Location: Dadar Shivaji Park, Mumbai
Reporting To: Business Owner / Sales Head

1. Job Purpose

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and guiding the Sales Team (Counsellors) across all Chikitsa centres to ensure effective lead follow-up, proper system updates, and smooth coordination between departments. The goal is to improve lead conversion, maintain data accuracy, and support counsellors in achieving their daily and weekly sales targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • View and monitor all counsellors’ lead follow-up status in the Sales/Lead Management System (S/LMS)/Software.
  • Review lead dashboards for all centres.
  • Conduct daily huddle meetings (15–20 minutes) with Sales Team (Wellness Counsellors) – either virtually or on-site.
  • Review previous day’s performance and discuss the plan for the day.
  • Address challenges in lead follow-up or client handling.
  • Ensure counsellors update their Daily Sales Checklist (calls, appointments, walk-ins, and closures etc.).
  • Cross-verify data entered in the system with call records where required.
  • Ensure counsellors are updating the Sales/Lead Management System (S/LMS)/Software in real-time with accurate information.
  • Guide team members on correct use of lead stages, tags, and remarks.
  • Share performance dashboards with leadership and counsellor daily reporting dashboards in the execution group
  • Coordinate with Front Desk and Therapists to confirm appointments.
  • Ensure proper communication for client show-ups and no-shows.
  • Collect feedback from counsellors on lead quality, process issues, or system difficulties.
  • Highlight recurring challenges such as cold leads or wrong numbers.

3. Key Skills Required

  • Strong coordination and communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Good understanding of sales follow-up and lead management.
  • Familiarity with CRM or Sales Management Systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyse reports and identify gaps.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and good team handling ability.

4. Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream (Preferred: BBA or MBA in Marketing or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, tele-sales, or clinic operations role.

5. Work Schedule

  • 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday).
  • Timings: As per clinic hours.

6. Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • % of leads with timely follow-up done.
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
  • Appointment-to-sales conversion rate.
  • Accuracy of system data entries.
  • Timely submission of reports and dashboards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
