Job Description

Work Location: Thane West

Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 8 PM (MONDAYS OFF)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients to promote products/services and schedule appointments
  • Adapt sales pitches to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
  • Record and report call outcomes for team follow-ups
  • Stay updated on offerings and attend team meetings

Core Skills:

  • Strong communication and persuasive ability
  • Flexibility in speaking styles and handling challenges
  • Continuous self-improvement

Technical Requirements:

  • MS Office (Word, Excel), email drafting, internet proficiency
  • Basic computer skills

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a telecaller or similar
  • Sales-related training is preferred
  • Computer literacy

Certifications preferred :

  • Basic Computer Course (MSCIT)

Languages: Marathi, Hindi and English - Expert

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
