Job Description

CEEON India is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage daily sales operations, coordinate with dealers and the field sales team, and ensure smooth order processing and reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling back-end sales functions in the automobile or electric vehicle industry. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with the national and regional sales teams to track daily leads, inquiries, and dealer updates. Maintain sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review. Process dealer Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with the store/dispatch team for timely delivery. Handle communication with dealers/distributors regarding pricing, product availability, and offers. Support in generating Proforma Invoices (PIs) and follow up for payments. Assist in organizing sales meetings, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns. Ensure proper documentation of dealership agreements and sales targets. Coordinate between finance, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth sales execution. Maintain CRM data and ensure accuracy in reporting. Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
