As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in sales and customer service.
- Assist the sales team in managing and nurturing client relationships
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage and update the customer database and CRM system
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales processes
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities
- Participate in trade shows and other sales events as required
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and pricing
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales coordination or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in lead generation and converting inquiries into sales opportunities
- Basic understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
