Job Description

As a B2B & Community Sales Coordinator at 1923 Bakehouse, you will play a crucial role in leading outreach efforts to various establishments such as cafes, restaurants, HoReCa businesses, schools, corporates, and residential communities. Your main responsibility will be to act as a bridge between the brand and the market, thereby enhancing distribution and visibility. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in the HoReCa, FMCG, or health food industry. It is imperative to have existing connections with cafes, hotels, or residential societies in Mumbai. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must, while knowledge of Hindi and/or Marathi would be an added advantage. Additionally, familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining trackers, basic formulas, and lead data management is crucial. Your role will require client management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing, sales, or business development position. Field-readiness is necessary as you will be meeting clients in person and organizing sampling events. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential to efficiently handle multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules. It is vital to maintain a professional appearance and conduct as you will be representing the brand as a warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed individual. Being goal/target-oriented to achieve company-wide objectives is a key attribute. Desirable qualities for this role include a basic understanding of nutrition, clean-label, or health food trends, the ability to create sales decks or presentations for clients, flexibility for weekend events, and enthusiasm for nutrition, health, and food startups. Your key responsibilities will involve generating leads, onboarding B2B clients, setting up and managing weekend booths, maintaining lead records, coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution, representing the brand professionally, capturing customer feedback, and providing market insights.
