Job Title: Retail Sales Executive/ Sales consultant – Automobile Location: SVA Skoda, Gaya, Bihar Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Retail Sales Executive/Sales consultant at SVA Skoda, Gaya, you will be the face of the dealership, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing a Skoda vehicle. You will ensure excellent customer service, maintain strong product knowledge, and work towards achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Skoda models and financing options. Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and explain features and benefits of various models. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete Skoda product range, offers, and promotions. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate deals in line with company pricing policies. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and provide regular follow-ups. Ensure timely processing of paperwork, including booking forms, registration, insurance, and loan documentation. Coordinate with other departments (finance, delivery, after-sales) for smooth execution of customer delivery. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis. Represent the dealership professionally in the local market and at off-site promotional events. Required Qualifications and Skills: Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Experience: 1–3 years in automobile or retail sales (Freshers with a passion for automobiles may also apply) Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good negotiation and convincing ability Customer-oriented approach Basic knowledge of finance and insurance procedures in the auto industry Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Preferred Qualities: Passion for automobiles and the Skoda brand High level of self-motivation and integrity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in Hindi and English Valid driving license (LMV) Working Conditions: 6-day work week, including weekends and holidays as per showroom needs On-the-field visits and off-site events may be required Incentive-based performance structure in addition to fixed salary Why Join SVA Skoda Gaya?
