JD - Sales Consultant (Real Estate) Overview - We’re seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to help clients buy, sell, and lease properties. The ideal candidate will engage with prospects, organize property tours, build lasting relationships, and close transactions—all while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities - Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct property tours and provide in-depth information on available listings. Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline through networking, referrals, and follow-up on leads. Negotiate and close property sales by demonstrating the value and benefits of the company’s offerings. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to provide clients with informed options. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new listings and sales campaigns. Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
