Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, identify their needs, and answer questions about vehicles.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate vehicle features, options, and benefits, and compare models.
• Sales Process: Conduct test drives, negotiate prices, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Administrative: Complete sales contracts, assist with financing coordination, and manage customer databases.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact with past customers for referrals and repeat business.
• Dealership Support: Participate in training, assist with showroom displays, and stay updated on market trends.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, time management, and active listening.
• Traits: High energy, professional attitude, self-motivation, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Education: High school diploma typically required; related degree preferred by some.
• Experience: Previous sales experience (any industry) beneficial, with automotive experience a plus.
