Administrative : Complete sales contracts, assist with financing coordination, and manage customer databases. Follow-Up : Maintain contact with past customers for referrals and repeat business. Dealership Support : Participate in training, assist with showroom displays, and stay updated on market trends. Essential Skills & Qualifications Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, time management, and active listening. Traits : High energy, professional attitude, self-motivation, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset. Education : High school diploma typically required; related degree preferred by some.
