Sales Consultant
, you will serve as the face of health and wellness solutions, delivering personalized telephonic demo counselling sessions to prospective clients. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between nutrition expertise and client engagement by effectively communicating the benefits of our customized wellness plans.
You will build trust and rapport with leads, understand their health goals, and guide them through the onboarding process. This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for wellness, and a drive to make a real impact in people s lives.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Explain personalized health and wellness plans, addressing individual client goals and concerns.
- Build trust and rapport with leads to guide them toward enrollment.
- Collaborate with the sales and nutrition teams to align messaging and ensure accurate client assessments.
- Maintain daily visit logs, client notes, and follow-up actions in CRM tools.
- Initiating cold calls to individuals who visit our website, with the goal of converting them into leads by scheduling consultations with our dietitian.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- 1 2 years of experience in nutrition counselling, sales, or client engagement roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify complex health concepts.
- Strong persuasion and consultative selling ability.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in any field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or client servicing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
