Job Description

Role Overview The Membership Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving gym membership sales, managing client enquiries, and delivering a smooth onboarding experience to new members. The role requires strong communication skills, sales understanding, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and follow-ups for membership sales Conduct tours of the facility and explain membership plans Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Understand client fitness goals and suggest suitable membership packages Achieve monthly sales targets Build long-term relationships with members for renewals and referrals Coordinate with the fitness team for smooth onboarding Participate in promotional activities and local marketing campaigns Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in speaking with customers Basic understanding of fitness and gym memberships Ability to handle objections and close sales Good follow-up and lead management skills
