Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Gurgaon. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, providing detailed information about insurance products, and developing customized insurance solutions for healthcare professionals. Daily tasks also include building and maintaining client relationships, processing policy applications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship management (Must Have)
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in the edtech, insurance or healthcare industry is a plus (Must Have)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
