Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach strategies.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing features and benefits.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new market segments.
