Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and support the sales team with expert guidance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close high-value deals while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consultative selling.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior sales consultants.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing after-sales support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
