System Administrator

To ensure the smooth operation, security, and reliability of all computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure across Kairali Toyota dealerships and offices.

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery systems are in place.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email configuration, and access controls.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff, resolving IT-related queries promptly.
• Ensure the security of systems by implementing antivirus, firewalls, and data encryption protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware/software procurement, AMC, and support.
• Monitor and manage internet connectivity, LAN/WAN infrastructure, CCTV, and biometric systems.
• Maintain IT documentation including asset register, network diagrams, and license records.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data protection standards.
• Support digital tools and platforms related to Toyota DMS/CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
