System Administrator

• 6+ years of experience as an Atlassian System Administrator, with a strong focus on Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket Data Center and Cloud products.
• Experience on 24/7 on-call rotation and managing Linux and MSSQL production environments.
• Proven experience in development and customizing workflows, schemes, and dashboards. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Cloud enterprise solutions and involved in large scale Atlassian Cloud migrations.
• Experience with MSSQL to include database management and scripting. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python) and automation tools (e.g., Jira on Automation, Script Runner).
• Experience in monitoring/alerting tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Experience of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex root cause analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
• Nice to have Atlassian certified professional on both Data Center and Cloud Jira/Confluence system administration

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,219,769.09 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
