Sales Consultant

Job Profile: As a member of our team at Adeeba e-Services, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers facing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your primary tasks will include diagnosing the problem accurately and providing the most suitable technical support plan to the customer. In addition, you will also be expected to effectively sell technical support plans and relevant software to enhance customer experience. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support. You must possess the ability to independently close your own calls and have strong convincing and sales skills. Proficiency in handling blue screen errors and pop-up calls is essential. Furthermore, experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad is preferred. Salary and Shift: The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month (fixed), with additional lucrative incentives. The working shift is aligned with the US time zone.
