Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive field sales in assigned territory or region.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, foot-on-street activities, referrals, and networking.
  • Pitch products/services to potential customers and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Maintain daily reports and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns .

  • Street-smart and quick decision-maker.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Adaptability to work in challenging and dynamic environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 13 years of field sales experience (FMCG, telecom, e-commerce, logistics, or startups preferred).
  • Freshers with strong sales acumen and passion are also welcome.
