Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive field sales in assigned territory or region.
Generate leads through cold calls, foot-on-street activities, referrals, and networking.
Pitch products/services to potential customers and convert them into sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Maintain daily reports and update CRM tools regularly.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns .

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
High energy with a go-getter attitude.
Street-smart and quick decision-maker.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Adaptability to work in challenging and dynamic environments.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
13 years of field sales experience (FMCG, telecom, e-commerce, logistics, or startups preferred).
Freshers with strong sales acumen and passion are also welcome.
