Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, your role will involve supporting the sales team in daily operations. You should have prior experience in sales coordination and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update sales databases, records, and reports accurately. - Conduct follow-ups and basic client communication/calling. - Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents. - Coordinate with logistics/operations for timely dispatches and deliveries. - Share product details, specifications, and updates with clients. - Assist in sales performance tracking and preparing reports. - Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team. - Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and operations. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. - Decent communication skills (verbal & written). - Strong sales coordination abilities and problem-solving mindset. - Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ability to perform basic analysis. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
