We are looking for a Sales co ordinator who can take care of customer communication after the sales has happened.
She / He should be able to resolve all customer queries and as well keep customer updated about their shipments and keep all communication related to customer shipments.
Must be very proficient in composing email and in English communication. Should be able to ensure that customer should be completely updated about everything.
