Job Description

வேலை இடம்: ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட பகுதிகள் (உள்ளூர் மற்றும் வெளியூர் பயணம் தேவைப்படும்) வேலை நேரம்: காலை 9:30 மணி – இரவு 8:30 மணி வேலை அட்டவணை: 3 நாட்கள் உள்ளூர் வேலை 3 நாட்கள் வெளியூர் வேலை (இரவு தங்க வேண்டியதில்லை, தினமும் திரும்ப வேண்டும்) வேலை பொறுப்புகள்: விற்பனை மற்றும் வசூல் மேலாண்மை: ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட பகுதியில் விற்பனை மற்றும் வசூல் இலக்குகளை அடைவதற்குப் பொறுப்பேற்க வேண்டும். வாடிக்கையாளர்களிடம் இருந்து பணம் முறையாக மற்றும் காலதாமதமின்றி வசூலிக்க வேண்டும். வாடிக்கையாளர்களுடன் நெருக்கமான உறவுகளை பேணிப், மீண்டும் வர்த்தகம் செய்யும் வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்க வேண்டும். துறைத்தள செயல்பாடுகள்: திட்டமிட்ட அட்டவணைப்படி உள்ளூர் மற்றும் வெளியூர் பயணங்கள் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும். திட்டமிட்ட பயண பாதைகளின் அடிப்படையில் வாடிக்கையாளர்களை சந்திக்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் நிலுவையிலுள்ள தொகைகளுக்காக தொடர்ந்த நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்க வேண்டும். பதிவு மற்றும் அறிக்கைகள்: தினசரி பரிவர்த்தனைகள், வசூல்கள் மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர் சந்திப்புகளை குறிப்பிட்ட மொபைல் செயலியில் சரியாக பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும். விற்பனை செயல்திறன், நிலுவை வசூல்கள் மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர் பின்னூட்டம் குறித்த அறிக்கைகளை நேரத்தில் வழங்க வேண்டும். இலக்கு அடைதல் மற்றும் ஊக்கத்தொகை: நிறுவன வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி விற்பனை மற்றும் வசூல் ஊக்கத்தொகைகளை அடைய முயற்சி செய்ய வேண்டும். வசூல் திறனை மற்றும் விற்பனை செயல்திறனை மேம்படுத்த திட்டமிடல் மற்றும் செயலாக்கம் செய்ய வேண்டும். தகுதிகள்: விற்பனை மற்றும் வசூல் தொடர்பான முன் அனுபவம் இருந்தால் மேலானது, இல்லையெனினும் கட்டாயமில்லை. நல்ல தொடர்பாடல் மற்றும் பேசிச் சமரசம் செய்யும் திறன் வேண்டும். வேலை அட்டவணைக்கேற்ப உள்ளூர் மற்றும் வெளியூர் பயணம் செய்யும் திறன் இருக்க வேண்டும். தரவுகள் பதிவிற்கும் அறிக்கைகள் தருவதற்கும் மொபைல் செயலிகளை பயன்படுத்தும் அடிப்படை அறிவு வேண்டும். சுய உந்துதல் மற்றும் இலக்குவழி எண்ணக்கருவுடன் செயல்படக் கூடியவர். நன்மைகள்: விற்பனை மற்றும் வசூல் செயல்திறனை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்ட ஈர்க்கக்கூடிய ஊக்கத்தொகை அமைப்பு. நிறுவன கொள்கையின் படி பயணச் செலவுத் திருப்பிச் செலுத்தல். செயல்திறனின் அடிப்படையில் வளர்ச்சி வாய்ப்புகள். தயாராக இருக்க வேண்டியவர் துறைத்தளத்தில் செயல்பட விருப்பமுள்ளவர், இலக்குகளுக்காக உழைக்கத் தயாராக இருப்பவர் மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர் உறவுகளை பராமரிக்க கூடியவர் ஆக வேண்டும். ------------------------xxxx-----------------------xxxx----------------------xxxx------------------------xxxx---------------------xxxx--------------------- Job Location: Assigned Area (Local & Outstation Travel Required) Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM Work Schedule: 3 days Local Work 3 days Outstation Work (No Overnight Stay, Daily Return) Job Responsibilities: Sales & Collection Management: Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the assigned area. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients for repeat business. Field Operations: Travel locally and outstation (within a reasonable distance) as per the schedule. Visit customers as per planned routes and follow up on outstanding payments. Record Keeping & Reporting: Accurately record daily transactions, collections, and visits in the specified mobile application. Provide timely reports on sales performance, outstanding collections, and customer feedback. Target Achievement & Incentives: Work towards achieving sales and collection incentives as per company guidelines. Strategize and execute plans to improve collection efficiency and sales performance. Requirements: Prior experience in sales and collections is preferred but not mandatory. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel locally and outstation as per the work schedule. Basic knowledge of using mobile applications for data entry and reporting. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
