Job Description Position: Sales Co-ordinator Job Summary: We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities and excellent customer service. This is a full time back office profile. Location: Kolkata Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and sales reporting. 2. Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. 3. Sales coordination: Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and tracking sales performance. 4. Communication: Communicate effectively with the sales team, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations. 5. Data management: Maintain accurate sales data, track sales performance, and provide insights to the sales team. Other Responsibilities: 1. Prepare MIS, sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. 2. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events along with team. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree: A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred. 2. Sales experience: Previous experience in sales administration or coordination is desirable. 3. Communication skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 4. Organizational skills: Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills. 5. Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. Nice to Have: 1. CRM experience: Experience with CRM software. 2. Sales analytics: Experience with sales analytics and reporting. 3. Industry knowledge: Knowledge of the industry or market in which our company operates. 4.
