As Sales & Marketing in this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects to achieve company targets and improve overall performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets. - Leading, training, and motivating the sales team to enhance performance. - Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets. - Setting sales targets and monitoring team performance through KPIs. - Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management. In terms of Marketing Management, you will be responsible for: - Planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness. - Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends. - Managing digital marketing, social media, and content strategies. - Overseeing advertising, PR, and promotional activities. - Collaborating with product development teams to enhance offerings. For Business Development & Strategy, your duties will involve: - Developing partnerships and collaborations to expand business reach. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. - Optimizing pricing, distribution, and positioning strategies. - Improving customer retention through loyalty programs and engagement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 to 6 years of experience in sheet metal and Pre-Engineered building The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
