Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Thrissur Company: Ocean Polymer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Thrissur Job Summary: Ocean Polymer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, customer service, and coordination with suppliers and vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing client communications, following up on payments, handling factory orders, and coordinating promotional activities. This role also involves preparing and submitting tender documents and managing customer inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quote Preparation & Payment Follow-Up Prepare accurate, customized quotations based on client requirements. Follow up with clients on payment status and ensure timely processing. Provide regular updates regarding order and payment schedules. 2. Tender Documents Preparation & Submission Draft and compile tender documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Submit tenders on time and follow up with prospective clients. Monitor the status of submitted tenders and maintain communication with stakeholders. 3. Payment Follow-Up & Delivery Coordination Oversee payment follow-ups for ongoing projects and sales orders. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate and confirm delivery schedules with clients. 4. Direct Factory Order Management Process and manage orders placed directly with factories. Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time fulfilment. Act as a liaison between factories, suppliers, and clients for smooth coordination. 5. Customer Relations & Call Handling Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and efficiency. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Knowledge in Tally Prior experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role—ideally within the building materials industry. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
