Sales Co-ordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, your primary role will be to support the sales team in enhancing their productivity and efficiency. This includes arranging appointments with customers, maintaining up-to-date support material, and ensuring that all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time. You will collaborate with different departments to streamline sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining filing systems, preparing reports, and providing financial information to the finance department. Your assistance will also be required in organizing promotional events and materials to attract potential customers. Key Responsibilities: - Contact customers to schedule appointments and provide necessary support material to Sales Representatives - Input and process orders in accordance with customer requirements - Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries - Develop and maintain filing systems for sales records and financial reporting - Assist in organizing promotional materials and events - Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies Qualifications Required: - BBA/BE/B.Com with an MBA in Sales and Marketing - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination - Proficiency in computer literacy, specifically MS Office - Familiarity with various technologies In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, you must possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
