Position: Sales Co-Ordinator (Team Leader) – Female Preferred

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Delhi/ NCR

Reporting To: Head – Sales & Operations

Role Objective

To lead and coordinate the sales team comprising multiple Sales Managers, ensuring smooth execution of franchise development, doctor alliances, wellness camps, and overall sales targets. The Team Leader will focus on monitoring performance, guiding managers, and aligning field activities with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination

Supervise and coordinate the work of 5–6 Sales Managers.

Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales goals.

Conduct regular team meetings and review sessions.

Sales Planning & Strategy Execution

Ensure each Sales Manager has clear territory-wise and product-wise sales plans.

Align team efforts with overall sales strategy and brand focus.

Performance Monitoring

Track performance metrics (sales volume, franchisee additions, doctor alliances, wellness camp outputs).

Identify underperforming areas and provide corrective action plans.

Training & Development

Assist in onboarding and continuous training of Sales Managers.

Develop communication and negotiation skills across the team.

Reporting & Communication

Consolidate reports from Sales Managers and submit weekly/monthly MIS to management.

Ensure timely flow of information between management and field teams.

Customer & Partner Engagement

Support Sales Managers in resolving key customer or franchisee issues.

Ensure consistency in customer relationship management.

Team Management

Effective supervision of 5–6 Sales Managers.

% of team achieving their monthly/quarterly targets.

Sales Achievement

Consolidated team sales vs. assigned targets.

Revenue growth rate across assigned territories.

Franchise & Doctor Alliances Growth

Number of new franchisees added through team efforts.

Number of doctor alliances and their contribution to sales.

Wellness Camp Execution

Total number of wellness camps organized by the team.

Conversion ratio (leads to sales) from wellness camps.

Reporting & Communication

Accuracy and timeliness of consolidated reports.

Effective communication between sales team and management.

Team Development

Training sessions conducted for Sales Managers.

Improvement in productivity and skills of team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
