Act as a point of contact between the sales team and clients.
Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and schedules.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, contracts, and invoices.
Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
Manage customer databases and update CRM systems regularly.
Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain team.
Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and trade events.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
