Job Information Title: Sales Coordinator Position type: Full time Reporting to: Sales Manager Working hours: Monday to Saturday (9 am to 5 pm) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located at our corporate office in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales and production team by managing daily operations, assisting with customer queries, and coordinating sales and production administration. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, processing orders, coordinating with different departments, providing sales reports and analysis, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, production team and clients. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and is able to multitask effectively. The primary goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize performance and maintain a high level of customer service. Responsibilities Communicate directly with clients, understand their needs and offer solutions To ensure orders are accurate and that they are fulfilled on time. The process of handling orders through the mail, email, or phone and checking that the order has the correct data. Ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing , queries, and deliveries by working with other departments.
