Sales Co-ordinator

1. Sales Support & Coordination

· Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, customer follow-ups, and sales planning.

· Assist in preparing quotations, sales proposals, and agreements as per customer requirements.

· Maintain and update customer databases, sales trackers, and CRM systems.

2. Order Management

· Handle end-to-end order processing including order entry, verification, and alignment with production and logistics teams.

· Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials while keeping customers informed at every stage.

· Coordinate with stores, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

3. Customer Communication

· Serve as a point of contact for customer queries, status updates, and documentation.

· Provide timely responses and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving routine issues effectively.

· Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups as required by the sales team.

4. Documentation & Reporting

· Prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, and performance dashboards for management review.

· Maintain proper documentation of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and correspondence.

· Ensure compliance with company policies in all documentation and communication processes.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

· Work closely with production, quality, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure sales commitments are met.

· Communicate customer specifications, dispatch timelines, and special requirements to the respective departments.

· Assist in planning and organizing sales meetings, reviews, and presentations.

6. Administrative Support

· Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and support sales executives in daily operational tasks.

· Assist in preparation of sales reports, presentations, and documentation for audits or reviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
