· Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules for drivers and delivery vehicles.
· Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery; address any delays or issues.
· Communicate with drivers, clients, and vendors to provide real-time updates and resolve concerns.
· Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
· Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery statuses.
· Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
· Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline loading and unloading operations.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related complaints professionally and promptly.
