As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and promoting our manufacturing products to various companies across different sectors. - Generate leads through diverse channels such as online research, cold calling, networking, and social media to expand the client base - Conduct client meetings to comprehend their gifting requirements and provide customized solutions accordingly - Foster and enhance existing client partnerships to ensure long-term business associations - Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase our products effectively - Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment - Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities utilizing CRM software To excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - Possess at least 2-4 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the B2B or Gifting industry - Hold a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Communication - Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients - Exhibit strong presentation abilities and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers - Be self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on achieving results - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field would be preferred If you are passionate about business development and have the required qualifications and skills, we invite you to share your profile with us at hrmanager@clouddesigns.in.
