Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Client Relationship Executive, based in Vadodara. Key daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their financial and investment needs, managing accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless services. The professional will proactively identify growth opportunities, provide insights on investment strategies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team to drive business development and promote company offerings is also expected.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to oversee and grow client accounts effectively.
• Demonstrated abilities in Client Relations and Relationship Building to foster trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal, to ensure clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and financial products or relevant experience in the financial sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in stock trading or financial advisory.
