Job Title: Brand & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

• Build, maintain, and enhance the company’s brand identity in the customized gifting space.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels (online & offline).
• Conceptualize creative campaigns to highlight the uniqueness of personalized gifting solutions.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, influencer, events, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Identify new market trends, target segments, and innovative promotional opportunities.

Content & Communication:

• Coordinate creation of engaging content (blogs, product descriptions, creatives, videos).
• Manage social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to increase engagement.
• Work with designers to develop marketing collaterals, catalogs, and presentations.

Lead Generation & Campaign Performance:

• Run campaigns to generate leads for corporate and retail clients.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, conversions, reach, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns based on performance insights.

Partnerships & Events:

• Support in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate gifting showcases.
• Build partnerships with event companies, influencers, and collaborators to expand reach.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in gifting, retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
