About the Role

We are looking for a Product Developer / Creative Designer with a passion for creativity and innovation in the corporate gifting industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop and capable of transforming concepts into unique, functional, and premium gift products. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and production teams to design customized and trend-driven gift solutions for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and develop new corporate gift products, packaging, and promotional items aligned with client requirements and market trends.

CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop

● Customize designs with branding, logos, and themes for client presentations.

● Collaborate with production teams to ensure design practicality, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

●  Research and recommend new materials, finishes, and design trends in the gifting industry.

●  Support sales & marketing with visual presentations, catalogs, brochures, and digital creatives.

●  Manage multiple design projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

●  Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Qualifications & Skills

●     Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).

●     2–5 years of experience in product/creative design, preferably in corporate gifts or promotional products.

●  Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop (mandatory).

●  Knowledge of printing techniques, finishes, and materials used in gift manufacturing.

●  Creative mindset with keen eye for branding, color, typography, and aesthetics.

●  Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.

●     Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Software Knowledge:

CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop
