We specialize in curating premium B2B media solutions and special campaigns through print magazines, digital promotions, and industry events. We are currently looking for a dynamic and client-facing professional to join our media sales team. This role involves pre-sales activities and client coordination, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with clients, understanding brand requirements, and providing impactful media solutions. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between client interests and the successful delivery of advertising campaigns. Responsibilities: - Engage with incoming leads and client inquiries to assess their requirements effectively. - Present media packages, including print, digital, or combined offerings, utilizing structured pitch decks. - Clearly communicate pricing, placements, campaign deliverables, and expected return on investment (ROI). - Address initial queries or objections from clients, establish rapport, and build client confidence. - Coordinate the handover of qualified leads to the sales/customer relationship management (CRM) team with detailed client briefs. - Maintain detailed client interaction logs, call reports, and lead status updates using CRM tools or Excel. - Assist in developing and updating proposal decks, media kits, and campaign templates. - Collaborate with internal teams such as design, editorial, and events to gather necessary assets and pitch materials. - Follow up at key stages to nurture leads and enhance conversion rates. Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, client coordination, or B2B service sales. - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field. - Prior experience in media, advertising, publishing, or brand solutions is preferred. Key Skills: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Strong client handling and relationship-building capabilities. - Confident presenter with a solution-oriented approach. - Organized, process-driven, and proactive in follow-ups. - Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and email etiquette. - Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
