Experienced Sales & Business Growth Professional EPC, BIM & Document Management Solutions

Are you passionate about engineering technology and digital transformation? We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Business Growth Professional to drive growth for our innovative suite of products serving the EPC, BIM, and Engineering Document Management sectors.

Our solutions empower clients with smarter procurement, automated BOM generation from engineering models, and streamlined engineering document workflows — including cutting-edge tools like E3D Automation, AP3D Automation, iBIM Revit Automation, and DMS Workflow Automation.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and close new business opportunities in the EPC, BIM, and engineering software domains.
• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, engineering firms, and industrial clients.
• Promote automation solutions that enhance project delivery and data management.
• Work closely with technical teams to shape customized client solutions.
• Achieve sales targets while driving digital transformation in the engineering space.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in EPC, BIM, CAD, or Document Management solutions.
• Must have experience working with customers from Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
• Must have strong pre-existing customer relationships.
• Must be willing to tele-call.
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows, procurement, and BOM processes.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with E3D, AVEVA, Revit, or BIM software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
