The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting company-provided leads into successful franchise partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and convert qualified leads provided by the companyExplain the FOFO franchise business model to potential franchise partnersConduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations with prospectsGuide prospects through the complete franchise onboarding processMaintain regular follow-ups to close deals efficientlyAchieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targetsCoordinate with internal teams for documentation and onboardingMaintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closuresBuild strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partnersRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B salesStrong communication and negotiation skillsProven ability to close high-value dealsKnowledge of franchise models (FOFO preferred)Confident, target-oriented, and result-driven mindsetProficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsAbility to work from office and manage sales pipelines
