Position Summary

experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region and customer segments.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with PEB companies, architects, consultants, OEMs, and contractors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and report progress to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record

   in sales and business development (3–7 years preferred).
• Experience in 

  building materials, thermoplastics, roofing solutions, or construction products

   is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of 

  B2B sales

   within the construction and architectural ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
