Position: Sales & Business Development Intern

Brand: Beau Monde Suites (Red River Hospitality & Ventures LLP)

Location: Guwahati – Field + Hybrid role

Compensation:

Fixed stipend of ₹2,000–₹3,000 per month + High Variable Incentives based on conversions.

With good performance, monthly earnings can realistically be ₹10,000–₹30,000+.

Role Summary:

This role requires someone who can actively reach out, generate leads, visit corporate offices, talk confidently, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. This is a performance-driven sales + relationship management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to companies, hospitals, travel desks, event agencies, production houses, start-ups, relocation agencies, colleges, coaching centres, etc.
• Visit offices in person to present Beau Monde stay solutions and convert them into corporate tie-ups or long-stay leads.
• Handle incoming inquiries from WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, Airbnb, etc.
• Explain suite options, pricing, and stay benefits to guests and close bookings by collecting confirmation/payment.
• Maintain friendly guest communication before and during the stay.
• Take feedback and ensure guests have a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
• Maintain a simple lead sheet and follow up professionally to convert prospects.

Skills Required:

• Confident and polite communication
• Comfortable with phone calls and talking to new people
• Comfortable traveling locally for office visits
• English + Hindi (Assamese preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to hustle
• Sales mindset – understands how to persuade, follow up, and convert

Work Structure:

• Monday to Saturday
• Office/Field Hours for Visits: approx. 11 AM to 5 PM
• Guest communication timings are flexible
• Travel allowance for field visits can be provided based on performance

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
