We are seeking ambitious and energetic Sales / Business Development Interns who are excited to take ownership, pitch our solutions, and close deals with business owners. This role is perfect for individuals who want to learn the art of sales and make a real impact—not just observe from the sidelines.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Outreach: Identify potential business owners (F&B, Hospitality, Startups, SMEs, Corporates) and build strong connections.
  • Pitch & Sell: Present our job portal (Unchaayi) and HR consulting/recruitment (Hired Rite) packages in a compelling way.
  • Client Engagement: Understand customer pain points and position our offerings as the right solution.
  • Sales Closure: Drive conversations to closure with confidence and persistence.
  • Revenue Contribution: Generate measurable sales and help us hit our growth targets.
  • Reporting: Maintain sales pipeline and report daily/weekly performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication & persuasion skills (verbal + written).
  • A go-getter attitude with hunger to achieve and learn.
  • Comfort in talking directly to CXOs, founders, and business owners.
  • Ability to handle rejections positively and move to the next lead.
  • Basic knowledge of sales funnels, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling is a plus.
  • Students pursuing BBA, MBA, or equivalent fields preferred (but open to any discipline if sales-ready).
