Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Ichalkaranji (with travel to other locations)

1 Position: Minimum 2+ years of experience

2 Position: 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the weaving textile industry.* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.* Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.* Attend client meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.* Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.* Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and customer data.* Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.* Travel regularly to customer sites across Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur, and nearby regions.

Key Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Textile-related field preferred)

Experience:

Executive/Senior: 2+ years in Sales/Business Development (preferably in Textile/Weaving industry)

Trainee/Junior : 0–1 year experience; Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Industry Knowledge: Preference given to candidates with knowledge of the weaving/textile industry.

Skills Required:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities* Self-motivated and result-oriented* Willingness to travel for business development activities* Basic knowledge of MS Office tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Candidates from Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur, or surrounding regions are highly preferred.* Should be comfortable with local market travel and flexible with work timings when needed.
