Sales Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the manager.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales/marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
• Good career stability will be preferred.
