Sales Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads for Delegate's tickets (physical & virtual) across various events. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of revenue targets through the generation of new business and maintaining relationships with repeat clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, researching, and contacting senior-level executives from different business sectors. You will be required to present a compelling business proposition to decision-makers in order to secure new business opportunities. Key role features include establishing contact with key decision-makers, delivering intelligent business propositions, maintaining effective communication throughout the sales process, and ensuring that all targets are consistently met. You will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring compliance with company requirements, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve revenue targets. It is essential that you possess proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written. Previous experience in cold calling, managing client databases, and excellent negotiation skills will be advantageous. Additionally, being a sociable and self-motivated individual with the ability to network effectively is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, achieve personal revenue targets, contribute to team targets, continuously improve performance levels, and demonstrate a commitment to personal development across all skill sets and market channels.
