Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close sales leads through direct outreach, broker network, and field visits.
• Build and manage relationships with real estate brokers, corporate partners, and local businesses.
• Convert incoming leads from online and offline channels into paying customers.
• Conduct property visits, explain product offerings, and negotiate rental agreements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain healthy conversion ratios.
• Actively participate in on-ground marketing activities, including pamphlet distribution, auto banner placements, and local campaigns.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Requirements

• Immediate joining availability.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in real estate, rentals, or consumer goods.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the city.
• Knowledge of Delhi NCR market is a plus.
