As a Sales & Business Development Intern Real Estate at Hyperloop Group, you will play a crucial role in driving growth initiatives in the real estate and redevelopment sector. You will gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, real estate research, proposal development, and navigating regulatory frameworks within Mumbai's real estate landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Market Research: - Conduct in-depth research to identify real estate development trends, potential clients (societies, developers, landowners), and monitor competition. - Real Estate Insights: - Understand local property laws, zoning regulations (DCPR, UDCPR), redevelopment policies, and SRA schemes to support business strategy. - Proposal Support: - Assist in the preparation of customized business proposals, presentations, and client-specific documentation for real estate projects. - Client Engagement: - Help maintain client relationships through follow-ups, meetings, and updates, particularly with housing societies, developers, and real estate investors. - Administrative Support: - Support the BD team with scheduling, CRM/database management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. - Team Collaboration: - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and legal consultants to align business proposals with technical and statutory project needs. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. - Strong interest or foundational knowledge in the real estate and redevelopment sector, especially in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). - Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret real estate data. - Prior internship or coursework in real estate, construction, or housing policy is preferred.
