Sales Associate

Responsibilities: Attend and manage incoming customer calls in a professional manner. Convert qualified leads into successful sales through persuasive communication. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong marketing, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle customer queries with confidence and patience. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage.
