Job Description

You will be joining Marginfree Mattresses, Aluva as a Sales Associate specializing in Sleep & Comfort. Your role will involve assisting customers in selecting the right mattress and accessories, providing detailed product knowledge, maintaining showroom displays, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting the right mattress and accessories. - Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance. - Maintain showroom displays in an attractive and organized manner. - Achieve monthly sales targets. - Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Male candidates only. - Age below 30 years. - Prior experience in the mattress or furniture sector preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a retail showroom environment. - Sales-driven and customer-oriented attitude. Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 per month based on experience, with additional performance-based incentives.
