About the Role

We are hiring a motivated Sales Associate on behalf of Elem Furnishing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in converting walk-in customers, maintaining strong product knowledge, and delivering a top-notch in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Present and explain furniture products, materials, and customization options.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and design trends.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure follow-ups for potential leads.
• Coordinate with the internal team for orders, deliveries, and client requests.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and customer interactions.
• Ensure store cleanliness, display arrangement, and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in retail/showroom (furniture or lifestyle preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer-service abilities.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Work Structure

• Working Hours: 10 hours/day
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Paid Leaves: 7–10 annually
• Joining Date: Immediate
• Notice Period: 45 days
• Team Size: ~28 members

Reporting Structure

Sales Associate → Sales Manager → General Manager (GM) → Director

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Paid in the first week of every month
• Incentives/Benefits: To be introduced after 6 months from launch

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
