Job Title: Sales Associate – Restaurant Software Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 3 to 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are hiring a proactive and results-oriented Sales Associate to drive sales of our restaurant software solution in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for working on both assigned leads and generating new leads independently , conducting product demos, and converting prospects into customers. If you are passionate about sales, familiar with the restaurant domain, and have the drive to succeed, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: Handle Provided Leads: Follow up with warm and cold leads shared by the marketing team. Understand client requirements and pitch the right solution. Convert qualified leads into successful deals. Generate General Leads: Visit restaurants, cafés, and food businesses in-person to identify sales opportunities. Use cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals to build a personal lead pipeline. Maintain and update a database of prospects. Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits. Build strong client relationships and provide excellent post-sale support. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Submit daily activity and sales reports to the manager. Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams. Participate in promotional campaigns and product awareness drives. Requirements: Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales (preferably in restaurant, POS, or B2B SaaS sales). Education: Minimum 10+2 (PUC) or equivalent. Location: Must be a resident of Bangalore , with good knowledge of local areas and restaurant locations. Vehicle: Must own a personal two-wheeler and have a valid driving license. Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English, Hindi and local language (Kannada preferred). Comfortable with field sales and target-based work. Basic tech-savviness to understand software products.
